Be careful - was scammed on deposit 8 years ago, during my first year living in London. Was asked to transfer it to their bank account instead of DPS. Had to take court action after that. Most of the reviews you see are fake. Unethical and greedy owner, don’t trust a single word.

I rented my last flat through Park Estates and my experience with them was wonderful! Someone commented below that they renewed their faith in real estate agents, and I would agree with that :)! They operate on principle of simplicity and trust, which I very much appreciated. Dianne and Noura really gave their best to make the whole process very easy and without complications, from the first meeting, throughout contract negotiations, check in and check out, they really gave their best to find a solution that is great for both, the tenant and the owner. I had a few problems with some electrical appliances in the house, issues were solved within hours and with zero complications, I got brand new appliances delivered at my door! I was very much impressed by this. My deposit was returned quickly and with no issues. On top of it all, both Dianne and Noura are just wonderful to work with, positive and helpful. I would recommend this agency wholeheartedly and would happily use their services again in the future. Ivana
