My family have used this place for years, kids swimming lessons, squash etc. very disappointing to be met by a rude lady today when I enquired about a parking fine issued by their car parking agents, when actually using the facilities. After a short and polite discussion I was told “ it’s not our problem” very poor PR in my opinion when at the outset of the conversation the lady had advised “ there is no one here to talk to at the moment. The car park agents have an appalling reputation on line and I would question what sort of business would appoint such sharks to monitor their car park, it’s obviously a cash generator and I wonder how much they make from the fines.

Visited on Friday on a day pass. I was very welcome was lovely. My sister and I used the hot tub by the pool area, which had scum ring floating around the waterline. The shower and changing areas were also not very clean. There were lots of hairs up the walls and just the overall cleanliness was not very pleasant. Really put me off. The lady was cleaning however with dirty water, a dirty mop and sponge. Sorry I will not be back 😒
