I can highly recommend Park City Consulting, during the 2000’s I was a general manager at The Finishing Company, I had only just joined the company and I quickly identified there was a lack of compliance and legalisation particular within the workforce, which needed to be addressed quickly, I came across Park City at a business network meeting and after an initial meeting on our premises Park City came back with a proposal, in which we agreed to start using their HR services. Over a short period of time, we really started to see changes in our business, which helped us immensely not only just for the management team, but more importantly for our 430 employees. As they saw the changes in their working conditions our productivity increased thisalso contributed in running more effectively, efficiently which drove us to become a first class mailing house and a profitable one My view by changing our HR/training strategy, meeting Park City Consulting and using their HR professional services and with combined continuing support personally, I believe this would have a been a difficult and challenging journey on our own.
