Sokol is definitely the expert for building maintenance, I thought the toilet issue gonna take a whole day, remove the wall etc. however, I just reported in midnight, then Sokol came in the morning, this gentleman is very efficient, polite and professional, fixed the problem within one hour, saved my day.
