  Sunday evening my self and a friend arrived back from our holiday and were at the pick up point by 17.20 pm . We were collected approximately 20 mins later , after that our nightmare began. Having been driven back to the car park rapidly , the driver soon realised that he didn't have my keys , ( at drop off one of your men took them and parked my car ) . The other customers had their keys so we were confused. We located my car and the driver removed our luggage and told us to stay by the car while he went to investigate where my keys were and as promised returned a few minutes later to say they had been put in another box in another van and could we wait 10 mins - 12mins later after waiting with luggage in a cold dark car park for 20 mins I noticed my cars wing mirrors were out and that my car was not locked the driver returned to say we would have to wait another 20 mins , I pointed out my car was not even locked at that point he could only apologise and I think he was shocked. My car could have been stolen , you promised to keep my car safe and secure clearly it wasn't , I'm so cross and that is totally unacceptable. Thankfully we were able to sit in the car as we were very cold , we waited another 20 mins when the driver returned to say they definitely had my keys and would be with us in another 10/15 mins, we waited another 25 mins and there was no sign. We were scared and felt abandoned . I called your main number myself and was told abruptly that you had my keys and then I was cut off. I then walked down although very cold to find the driver whom was just outside the car park trying his best to get my keys . I heard him say lappy/ or lavy you don't need to do that now do it later bring the keys now . I called out to your driver to say I was getting very upset and felt vulnerable and scared . I waited again but after 15mins went back to the driver and said if something doesn't happy fast I was going to call the police . He carried on trying to impress upon whoever lappy was the urgency for my keys . Then all of a sudden this lappy arrived . He drove into the car park so fast , he was arrogant, rude no apology and even said to him why do this would you do this to your wife ? It was clear to all he had some other thing going on not work related and also I feel discriminated against because I was a woman and white , he was horrible and intimidating. All he said is I'm just a driver speak to my supervisor .we waited in the cold while they fumbled around for the keys an hour and a half . We didn’t leave the car park until 7.03pm and it was scary . I have never been so scared in all my life , how dare your company leave my friend in such a position and how has lappy ever been able to work with you . Has he been DBS checked as I know all taxi drivers by law should be ? Thank god nothing happened to us or our car , I cannot believe it wasn't locked , I dread to think what would of happened . So basically it may look a great deal , but if ur vulnerable and things go wrong this company don’t care . I have waited over a week now for them to respond although I was promised a reply within 2 days having had the driver who brought us back from the airport tell me to complain as it wasn’t good enough I have had no response . Don’t let ur daughters or any other vulnerable persons use this company . I’m a 57 year old grandma and I was terrified .
