An interesting talk on the ego and how to address negativity. The positivism overwhelmed the help needed where negativities were quickly overlooked by the groups' desire to meet expectations and match the leaders success's. I would prefer a meetup to focus on the genuine issues shared rather than say things that people expect to hear. Otherwise, a pleasant experience with plenty of reference to sources of inspiration.
