I don't usually review soft plays but after my son's birthday here today I wanted to make sure I did. I've done soft play birthdays before, all good, but the service today was the best we have experienced. The two party hosts in our room were so friendly and lovely, constantly helping and organizing and just doing more that I expected. The room was nice, the present table and door were labeled with his name which is nice. The soft play has always been one of our preferred ones as it's clean and has a good layout which lets you relax! The food options were good, kids got to choose between three things. The chicken nuggets were halal, there were fish fingers and cheese sandwiches. We were also offered ham sandwiches for the dairy free children. We had several allergies which were all handled well, everyone was happy. Thanks again for making today's party so enjoyable for us all!

We recently had a joint celebration of birthdays at Parent Paradise. I have to say that they exceeded my expectations. From planning everything from the beginning with Nikki and our lovely host Evie who made it seamless on the day. The Beach room was perfectly organised with clean tables, plenty of glasses and water/squash for thirsty kids. There were buckets to keep shoes in one place. I will give 5/5 for food hygiene. They had even laid out two decorated black sacks with the birthday girls name on it to easily take their gifts at the end of the day. The tab system was organised well and payment was very easy. Evie was very friendly and super helpful. We were running beyond late to leave the room so that the team could clean up yet they did not seem to rush us out, Evie and the rest of staff all had smiles on their faces. Parents Paradise have thought of everything down to a T for hosting a children's party! Thank you! Rohini

This is a charming location for children to frolic around, and it's exceedingly kid-friendly, as you might expect. My son was enamored of it and had an absolute ball. The cafe is lovely, offering decent fare and delightful coffee with options for soya and oat milk, which is particularly pleasing for me. There are plenty of snacks and fruit available for children, as well as scrumptious slushies. Our visit was thoroughly enjoyable, as we caught up with friends and family while our kids had a fantastic time. Loved the soft play. I wholeheartedly endorse this place.👍🏼

This is the 2nd year in a row I've had my son's birthday party there. Also had the same host as last year, she was amazing and made sure everything was running smoothly . All the kids had fun and it was very chilled and definitely no stress for me. Would highly recommend
