Pardon Chambers have done an outstanding job transforming our tired offices into a beautiful environment for hybrid working. Acteon is lucky to be based in a large, attractive Georgian house in central Cambridge, but the interiors were dated and not practical for our new flexible working arrangements. Pardon Chambers were initially recommended to us by our estate agent after we had recently moved into our new home that we wanted to extend and modernise. After meeting with Nicola we explained our brief, discussed budgets and smoothly progressed through the design phase. Our planning application was accepted with a few conditions which Nicola efficiently dealt with. Much of our dealings have been with Roman who produced our technical drawings and held our hand through the design process, coming up with some excellent concepts, incorporating our “good” suggestions whilst politely and directly explaining why some of our other ideas were not practical. Roman has been ever present throughout the build, easily contactable, working with our builders and helping us navigate the process of a full house renovation. The end result has exceeded our expectations and we’d highly recommend both Roman and Nicola.
