    Knew we were going to be out so left a note on the door asking to leave in a safe place, the driver completely ignored the request and instead returned back to depot over 20miles away, could not even be bothered to leave at the local post office 2 minutes down the road.

    I missed my delivery yesterday as unlike other companies parcelforce doesn’t contact you after they receive it from the company you buy from. The note said he would try again the next day. I knew I’d by out again so wrote on the card he’d posted for it to be left in a safe place, he ignored this and took it back to York delivery depot, which I live 40 miles from. He could have taken it to my local post office if he didn’t want to leave it in the safe place. Which was at my risk and not his. Finally after a long winded call with a robot I got to speak to a human so hopefully 🤞🏻 I can collect it tomorrow from my local post office as it’s a Mother’s Day present.

    Absolutely disgusting 24 hr express guarantee next day delivery parcel been in York depot 2 days now would not let me collect as delivery not attempted, item needed for next day but now it states getting ready to be assigned to driver route.... phoned up 3 times latest said it will be Tomorrow maybe as york depot behind , sorry but this is not my issues paid for express delivery not fulfilled this parcel should of been delivered on time that's what you pay for, come on not happy st all....

    Only recently started using Parcelforce Worldwide send to USA, found staff very helpful & knowledgable & the online team in parcelforce really helpful booking multiple parcels guiding you through booking process. As I'm not a business customer, very speedy with service my parcels arrived within 11 days posting at destination point.

    Bad service. Bad customer service. They act like scammers. I sent four packages to Cuba. I paid for the service, after a week they returned the packages to me but they never informed me of the reason for the return. I have contacted the agency and after 6 months I still do not have my money back and no response from them.
