    This is the bad delivery company I never seen, they are playing customer, either sender or recipient, they will tell you fake delivery order everyday and you need to await all time, after a week they will sent back your parcel to sender if you are recipient, no compensate no dout no refund, parcelforce is a idot company and she is a subsidiary of Royal Mail, funny!

    I was given a card through my door with Tracking number .Phoned auto system Tracking number give didn't even exist,tried postcode that worked should of came 3 Fridays ago never turned up I've now tried 3 other times for a Friday/ Saturday not turned up I now have the hassle of contacting whoever to get my parcels Still no joy.Parcelforce Coventry you are the worse company I've dealt with shocking 1 star is given but not got one for Minus utter disgrace.
