    I had a parcel that I was not expecting. I was not in. The driver took the package to the post office in the local shopping centre. For various reasons I was unable to go there. The website said I could get it redelivered. The next day would cost £12 but if I left it another day it was free. I booked the free day but it did not arrive. To cut a long story short & after numerous phone calls I was able to collect it 8 days later from this sorting office. When I got there the 3 'Customer' parking bays were full including the disabled bay. I expected there to be several people collecting parcels. I had to park quite away passed the building. I got my disabled daughter out of the car & we made our way to the collection office. The customer parking was still full but no one was collecting anything as the collection office was empty. On leaving the collection office there I noticed some staff sitting in the 'customers' cars eating sandwhiches. Ok, you don't expect to be busy but leave the disabled space free!

    Absolutely disgraceful once again, checked the website at 2:30 to see that there was an apparent attempt to deliver at 2 o’clock. I’ve been sitting here all day. There has been no attempted delivery and obviously no card. This is a continuing problem and when you ring customer services, all you’re told is “yes, but they were tracked at your address” could it be possible that the driver couldn’t be arsed to get out of the van? Questions really need to be asked if this is the overwhelming majority of complaints that are happening. So-called attempted delivery with no card, how is that even possible for a service that we are paying for. When I called, I asked if the driver could try re-delivery today, I swear I heard him stifle a laugh! I don’t blame him, it’s laughable isn’t it that we’re accepting the service…
