    Worst service. Especially if you’re ordering from mainland Europe. Whilst it’s expected to pay fees for customs etc, it shouldn’t take you 2 weeks to provide a reference number for the customer to pay the charge AND then providing the wrong number? And then insisting that I wait for the letter?? Why are you still sending letters with this information, why do you insist on being inefficient and avoid using emails? Having to chase you constantly to deliver my parcel is just ridiculous and watching my parcel be sent back and forth to customs and the delivery office because you can’t provide a proper online/telephone service is just exhausting. I hope I never to have to use you ever again. By the way, whilst I have paid my customs fees the letter I should have received? Hasn’t arrived AND I still don’t have my parcel. That should have been delivered over 2 weeks ago.

    Worst customer service experience ever. After Virgin Atlantic lost a large piece of luggage, it was entrusted to Parcel Force for delivery to us in Canterbury. My mother is without the clothes, shoes, and toiletries she packed so carefully for our vacation, and has had to make do with the clothes she was wearing when we left the United States 4 days ago, plus a few items she picked up in Canterbury. We were told that Parcel Force would contact us to provide a two-hour window of the expected delivery, but that did not happen. While we were visiting the Cathedral, we got a notice that Parcel Force had attempted delivery, and had left us a card with further instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery, so we left the Cathedral and rushed home, only to find that there was no card with further instructions. When we called Parcel Force, it was very difficult to get a live person on the line, and the customer service representative we were finally connected to was so rude and unhelpful. He basically told us over and over again that there was absolutely nothing that he could do for us, and we'd just have to sit and wait in our rental flat until the delivery was re-attempted. We told him that we had prior engagements and couldn't sit and wait, and asked to speak to his supervisor, but he refused to transfer us to the supervisor and then "terminated" the call. When we called back, we were told we "may be able" collect the package from the Parcel Force Depot in Medway (approx. 30 miles away) the following day (on Saturday). So, we've had to cancel our vacation plans, and are waiting at our rental flat to hear from Parcel Force. The whole experience with Parcel Force has made what was already a very difficult situation much, much worse. Horrible company.

    Don't usually write these but this needs to be mentioned. Paid £55 for a tracked, priority delivery from London to Istanbul. Told it would take 3 days. It's been a week. Passed onto their delivery partner FedEx (I wasn't told this would happen). No way to speak to anyone from FedEx on the phone as you need a FedEx account. On the phone with three Parcelforce colleagues after waiting a long time to chat to all three. They all couldn't tell me where it's located. Finally prioritised to the 'Parcelforce international team'. Let's see what happens next.

    Really poor service, worse than Hermes /evri and that's saying something. Fair deliveries and lost parcels. Royal mail should never have been privatized, this is the result.
