I sent a parcel with ParcelForce via Parcel Monkey. I double checked the dimensions before sending the parcel. The cost of the shipment was £21. They then charged my card an additional £124 with no warning, allegedly because the dimensions were larger than booked. It's virtually impossible to get hold of anybody in customer services but when I finally did they claimed that the parcel was a dimension that is impossible given the contents. They asked me for photographic proof of the dimensions which is clearly impossible as the parcel has been sent. Avoid these people. They will try and rip you off!

They will find any reason to not pay the damaged items that you've insured extra for peace of mind. I just receive a £20 gift for a £400 pound item that was smashed to pieces by the delivery company and for what I paid about £80 pounds with the insurance included + another £60 to redeliver it with another company + another £400 for the replacement item, because it's not the customers fault that his item was damaged. Now do the math.

We have used Parcel Monkey for our business for the last couple of years, spending ££££'s with them. We have never had an issue, but suddenly, almost every other parcel is now receiving 'Surcharges', some up to the value of £124, for a surcharge!! All of the parcels we send our EXACTLY the same and packaged EXACTLY the same, so if these were legitimate surcharges then they would be on every parcel! We have tried numerous times to contact them regarding this, but they completely ignore us!! We can only assume they are making up for lost earnings!

Please, kindly stay away from this company called parcel Monkey via Evri. I sent a microphone worth £200 to a customer in the UK hopefully it will arrive on the third day but on arrival the parcel has been opened and replace with a dirty piece of woman leggings. And the bunch of unprofessional replying me said the the parcel was intact on delivery. My question to the bunch of unprofessional customer service representative was why was my parcel opened, celotage I used was changed to brown instead of white and never in my life I've I ever use a brown tape on my package. I've let them know that my package was intercepted and changed on transit and because of this I'll need my refund. Please, stay away from this parcel company.

only gave 1 star so i could post a review!! my delivery was collected second time lucky.. initially said there was no one in to collect however i was in and no one attempted delivery.. collected last week and paid £25 for collection.. just had an email to say they were taking a further £76.60 for delivery charges to make up what the cost should have been!!!! no warning, just straight out of my bank account. and shock, no response when i contacted them

They have not only lost my parcel and cant find it in their system now i am having to email them multiple times to get a refund. I will never, never use this company ever again. I urge everyone to read the reviews online before sending parcels off with them. I am contacting the head office and have sought advice from citizen advice, I am willing to take them to a small courts claim to get my money back. Companies like this should not continue trading in this way and get away with it!

Zero stars from me, what a useless company. Avoid. I paid for a premium DHL delivery from UK-US, sending urgent documents. Three times I was told they were being collected and not once did anyone show up, each time I had to wait around for the whole day as they don't give a specific collection time. I cancelled my order and went direct to DHL and saved £30.
