    Lost paperwork given to driver which delayed consignment a week and then put a £74 surcharge for a "2cm pallet overhang' . Disputed this excessive charge but had to pay this bunch of thieving illegitmates to get the pallet moving. 5-9 days quoted is a joke. Wont use again.
