multiple repairs never done, 1 month with no hot water, broken window, injuries due to appauling state of the house as no one or 1 person comes round and still does no repairs. Notified several and even more several times. 1 month notice till housing benefit stopped, just needed re filling the form for all service users. Not been done and now everyone's housing benefit has been suspended. No reason for no accsess to garage whice we pay for. Not reliable.
