I’m writing to congratulate you on the professionalism of 2 of your team . They arrived to my house to replace my pool cover on time and on the correct day . They were polite , tidy , quick , efficient and very professional answering all the questions I asked . We asked them to leave the old cover which they did and they even took the time to fold it neatly and tie it up . Such staff are rare these days and I applaud you on these two employees . One employee was called Lewis . Please pass this on to whom ever it concerns.. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them again .

I first used Paramount over 15 years ago. Their aquamatic cover has been brilliant for our outside pool. It was a life saver almost 10 years ago when the road flooded and we had all sorts of debris on the cover as a result. We cleared it off and bingo, it worked. Last spring a father and son team came out to replace our cover. They were polite, efficient and once more our pool is like new. I would recommend them.

I have had a Paramount Pool Cover installed by one of their dealers 4-5 years ago and it has never worked.I have paid £2-3,000 n repairs and my pool is more often than not unable to be opened or closed. Paramount do not support their dealers adequately and generally refuse to attend neither do they support their end users. I am about to take legal advice on the basis of their product is not of merchantable quality.. PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL & DO NOT BUY
