I don’t suggest this company!! The engineer lied to me and barged into my house and threatened me to take everything off. Very unprofessional! When I tried to report it to the manager they cussed at me. DO NOT RECOMMEND REPLY TO THE COMMENT: it still doesn’t give you the right to BARGE in someone’s house like that and THREATEN the tenants. Whatever you had with the landlord is none of my business. What you did was ILLEGAL. PERIOD. Service: Heating system repair

I certainly would not recommend!!!! Be very careful when dealing with this company. I had them service my boiler ( apparently £90 + parts ) and replace a valve and although the engineer did tell me the cost of the parts, at no time did he tell me that I would be charged £130 + VAT per hour just for the labour (3.5 hours). I ended up with a bill for almost £950. Paramount Heating showed no interest when I complained.
