Very professional and caring vets. Got referred here as an emergency following our dog suffering from a second herniated disc in her back. The operation was a success and she walked out there and is making brilliant progress.

Paid 6k to find out my pet was dying of cancer and boas surgery was never needed. She now has weeks to live and I have a 2.5k boas bill. This issue wasn't fully investigsted before treatment commenced by either my vet or paragon

Absolutely wonderful place, with wonderful, caring, skilled staff. My experience is dogs usually sense when they're in a vets practice and are nervous but at Paragon they seem calm, relaxed and even happy to be in the building. This wasn't just my dog but all the dogs I've seen there. No greater review than that as dogs senses are 100 times greater than our own.

Still in the process of being fully kitted out (cosmetic stuff, but it did only open yesterday) but staff are friendly enough and it is clean. Spacious waiting area, with the expected segmentation for small animals and dogs. Wheelchair accessible and also has customer restrooms. Restrooms are big enough inside for wheelchairs (I believe, I'm not a wheelchair user) so plenty of room to go on with your pet in tow! Update: April 2023. As far as I can tell everything still seems to be as good as I remember. Came in for a doggy eye test (like last time) and everything was perfect. The gentlemen who did the test was very knowledgeable and helpful and a credit to the company (sorry, I can't remember your name!)
