I booked at Paragon house in Manchester. Which was one of my worse experiences, I have ever experienced.The organiser had my apartment still occupied and told me I will give you a refund or another alternative. He never notified me at all. He was very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. I called Him but he refused to answer my calls after multiple times I called him, he finally answered and told me he will send me a refund, which was not the price I actually paid for the apartment. He refunded me less than the amount I actually paid. Which is classed as fraud. I decided to take legal action, right away under the consumers rights act, that was brought into position in October 2015.
