Absolutely useless, they are not my PA, if they were they would answer the phone, just checked my phone, been on now for 26 min now and still waiting as i type. They should be disgusted with there 1 star ratings, but they do not care, by the way its 29 mins now. Now its 35 mins. Now its 39 mins. Just to update had a reply from Marco who did not address the problem , just said use my PA for a quicker response, my PA is just as bad, the hole lot of you need to be sacked, ceo first.

I’d never get tired and will make multiple accounts if I have to but THIS IS THW WORST HOUSING association ever!!! Useless to try book an appointment for any issues! Never pick up before 35 mins on the line waiting and their contractors never turn up for what they are called for!!! Waste of money to pay monthly maintenance fee for your property

We live in a flat managed by PA Housing. Our building has been broken into close to 10 times in the last 2 years by homeless people and bike thieves. But PA Housing won't do anything to fix the root cause of the problem - replacing the ineffective front door - because it would cost them too much. Useless.

One disgusting company to deal with They never respond you make a complaint, get directors involved and nothing Have a leaking roof reported a year ago nothing done about it now leak has got worse and has spread They treat us like dirt and not as humans I'm at stage 2 of complaints and Joseph doesn't bother responding You pay paragon to make your life hell. Update- DONNA in repairs is a barefaced liar, told me she checked the deeds and fences belonged to my neigbour, took 6 months and the neighbours landlords input to get to the truth the deeds show they ARE MINE. Should be sacked. Absolute joke. Charging me almost £250 p/w for a dilapidated 2 bed ("Affordable rent" HAHAHA) won't repair anything, dont care if tenants are disabled. If they do your repair you are guaranteed to wait weeks,months...even years. Disgusting I hope you are investigated.

An elderly disabled lady left with a dreadful smell coming from the bathroom for 6 months and still ongoing. Escalated to CEO of Paragon and still not resolved. Numerous emails, phone calls, broken promises, poor responses - looking at where to go next - dreadful company .
