I recently hosted a gathering at Paradise for my mothers funeral. The staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. Federica who looked after us was amazing and made us all feel so welcome as if it was home. I had ordered shared platters and all the food was very good all my guest enjoyed it. I would like to Thank Federica for making what was a difficult day very enjoyable.

(Original) Ayer estuve y el servicio además de ser lento y excesivamente caro dejo mucho que desear, más de media hora para poner la bebida o comida, haciendo cuentas unas 4 libras por una croqueta congelada que ni estaban buenas, encima los camareros a mitad del servicio tuvieron la poca profesionalidad de interrumpirnos nuestra comida para cobramos la bebida en lugar de ponerlo todo en la misma cuenta, cuando aún no terminamos de comer, después de esoo más de una hora para quitar los platos sucio de la mesa una vergüenza, encima cuestionan que porque no le damos el servi charge sinvergüenzas!

We enjoyed a wedding after party at Paradise which included a beautiful 3course meal for the 17 guests, our own private bar and we played our own music which made the event very special. It was the perfect venue, highly recommend.

Most of the staff are pleasant, however I left remembering how rude a particular member of the bar staff was. She also left the pint overflowing and dripping wet whilst having a chat with a colleague. For 6.50 a pint I'd expect some sort of manners.
