We had our daughter's birthday party at PMP. Niamh was amazing and all the kids loved their time there. They used the wheel and made some fantastic cups, mugs and bowls. My children have also done their school holiday clubs several times and loved it each time. We are always amazed at what fun things they produce. A little gem in the heart of Tulse Hill.

A great hidden gem in Tulse Hill! Very friendly teachers and the freedom to work on personal projects in which ever area of interest you have whether that's throwing or hand building. Classes there are a highlight of the week!

A great place to learn pottery with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I enrolled on the 10 week beginners course and have learnt to hand build, throw on a potters wheel and glaze. The teachers are so helpful and patient. Everyone in the class is friendly and welcoming, there is always someone on hand to help and answer any questions. I can highly recommend the classes at Parade Mews Pottery.

Amazing experience with PMP! I ran a small trip with 9 students who all thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hours spent in the studios. Niamh, our instructor, was fun, personable, patient and highly skilled. She taught us all a new skill - learning how to throw clay on the potter's wheel - and how best to paint our creations that were then ready to be fired. Incredible value for money, we will 100% be back for our trip next year! Thank you PMP :)

The classes are great run by Nimh. Very friendly and approachable. Having a space in the studio is a different story. People are treated very badly. When joining the studio, noone tells you anything , and then from that point on you get told off about everything what you didn’t know, about rules what the owner comes up on the go, in front of other people in the group chat. If you have a question about anything, they refuse to answer in the chat instead of that you have to write it down in a question book in the studio space. There’s very bad vibes and instead of being a happy pottery place, everyone who go there seem to be living under fear of the owner. It really made me very unhappy going there. People pay a lot of money to be there, they are your business. Treat them like that not like a bunch of naughty children. You are providing a service in the end of the day.

I wish this was a positive review. I was booked a pottery session by my mother in law for my birthday, she sent me the voucher and all the info after arranging. I tried to contact by email the day before just to make sure all was in order before going and also tried calling on the day as I was running late but I didn't hear back. When I got there, no one was there or answering the phone. I called multiple times and emailed, my mother on law even went there a few days after to find out what was going on - people were there this time but weren't aware of anything and the owner was away. My mother in law ended up arranging a refund with the owner but I never ended up getting any response myself which is a shame.

Good day out but the glazing process was completely wrong, due to this we were promised a refund and never got one. That’s why they get two stars.
