Terrible service, Practice Manager ordered a chair for our surgery. This came as a children's chair. Papillon would not accept return or replacement claiming item had been scratched. This was completely false and used as an excuse to avoid a returns policy. I would actively discourage use of this shop on the basis of trust. Pictures available to verify statement.

Have received terrible service. Ordered a £300+ chair that is now a month and a half overdue (with a 2 month delivery timeline already). Brought it up to their customer service who take no responsibility nor do they keep me updated. Horrific. Also have gladly taken the cash for the chair. Avoid at all costs.
