We had a big booking, all the staff were amazing but one member. The manger working was very rude, all she seems to care about the money... always asking about the bill. It ruined the whole experience, I couldn't enjoy my daughters 2nd birthday with family... Thankfully the general manger put me at ease and assured me she would talk to this member of staff...
