Amazing helpful service - I called on a Friday for advice as my local decorator shop could not source the paper I wanted, as it was stuck on a lorry in Germany due to Brexit. Air freight was suggested, which actually was priced very reasonably considering Paper Palace had the paper I wanted at £10 cheaper per roll than other suppliers, I ended up saving money! The paper arrived within 5 days of my initial call. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again, many thanks.

Checked the website and found a beautiful Dumbo border, travel 20 minutes to the store to purchase it for the nursery. Once myself and my partner arrived we told the owner what we were after, at this point we were looked at like we're stupid and told he doesn't sell border. Website needs updating and a bit of customer service wouldn't go a miss.

Having always used this company while they were in Stourbridge, and spent a lot of money with them over the years, as did my daughter, I paid a visit to their new address 3 weeks ago. What a waste of time that was. The owner was rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. He gave us no help whatsoever, and we left the shop very disappointed. Went to Dulux centre afterwards where they couldn't do enough for us. I always try to support local business but it's a two way street, and paper palace obviously don't want custom. Will never go there again.
