I was a regular customer to this shop, as located near my workplace. Supporting local business is a must post covid. However today was my last visit to Paper art. If the lady in the shop today, was experiencing a horrid day, then greeting customers with an abrupt tone is not acceptable. And being sarcastic on top of rudeness is a step too far. I hope your day improved, and that other customers were not subjected to your poor customer service skills.

An unusually good card shop. I stocked up on a few cards as it's rare to find such a good selection. For example there were a couple of charming cards of old paintings of Hampstead that I've never seen before. I've not seen these in any shop in Hampstead. They also have the usual sort of cards that most people want.
