Our favourite restaurant in Ealing! Delicious food, very authentic Sri Lankan flavours and always the freshest quality - the string hoppers and mango & banana curry are amazing! Our kids love it too - Papaya is super kid friendly but also great for an adults night out. We like dining in and also love the takeaway option.

Papaya is gonna knock your socks off. Wonderful hosts, delicious food with unique flavors that can only be found here. Delicious Sri Lankan for those who know, and for those who don’t it is worth the time to make a stop here for any of their plates, would come back anytime.

Our experience with Papaya was via Deliveroo and while the order did arrive swiftly and the dishes were still hot, the food was mediocre and therefore insanely overpriced. The beef curry (£13.95) was swimming in oil; and the naan (£3.95) was quite dry and much smaller than expected – it felt stingy. We were expecting much more flavourful, high-quality food at this price.

Vegetarian options: Great selection for we veggies. Wheelchair accessibility: Staff and restaurant very accommodating. A wheelchair user sat next to us. Dietary restrictions: Staff seemed very knowledgeable about each dish. This is only from listening to other patrons.
