Came in for dinner with my friend. The service wasn’t great but decent enough so I don’t think it was worth the service charge which I asked to have removed. Your waitress questioned why I didn’t want to pay it. Excuse me?! I was confused as to why she felt the need to question me spending my hard earned own money on an underserved charge. If I wasn’t going to pay then, I definitely wouldn’t have after that! They gave me and my friends dirty looks when we left. Don’t ever think you are entitled to a service charge that is OPTIONAL.
