Had a very bad experience and would not recommend at all. I am so angry. I had a broken sigma lens which I bought to this shop over a year ago. I paid £30 for it to be sent off to see what the problem was and get a quote for repair. After numerous phone calls past the time it was supposed to take my husband phoned them up and all of a sudden they had a quote.. for £500 we were not about to pay that amount for a repair to a lens so the lens has sat in my drawer for over a year, I couldnt afford to replace it and have had to use an inferior lens in this time . We decided to send it to sigma a day ago, as had nothing to lose after all its an expensive lens that I had only used twice before dropping it and could not face just throwing it away and husband had had his doubts about the service originally. Well we have already got the repair estimate back and what is wrong with the lens. Sigma quote £120 to repair plus parts not £500 ! so for the last year and a half I could have had use of my lens as we would have agreed to this realistic price. I doubt it was even sent anywhere, instead was probably left and at last minute when they knew they had not done anything with it they gave us a ridiculous quote . Do not bring your lens to this place for estimates, this is not just a few pounds difference . I am so pleased I kept hold of it as I could have just thrown it away , I was so very upset and even had to turn down work. Appalling service ! and would like our £30 estimate fee back at least ! I Only left one star as it would not let me post a review without doing that

Had a great experience getting my film developed here. It did take longer than I usually expect, but it came sooner than they said. The film came out well. Possibly more expensive option than snappysnaps, as they have a loyalty card which in the end saves you money. But other than that can’t fault it.
