NEVER EVER USING THEM AGAIN. This company used to be good, but have become slow and UNRELIABLE Today I booked a taxi 3 hours in advance for 10.45, they dispatched a taxi that was dealing with another costumer at 10.46- and they arrived at 11!!!! Needless to say I missed my train and nearly my flight I was on the phone to them since 10.45 and they lied about the ETA of the taxi driver and didnt mention he was with another costumer, hence the wrong turns. To top it off the payment didnt go through (even though my card was perfectly entered on the app) and the driver chased me for cash!! A shame, cant trust local companies anymore. Uber it is.

Well, we tried to use this business on Saturday twice. Both were for pick ups to take us home. First taxi called and I called back. The driver said I need yo call the office. Then the office gave us another taxi, but the driver called me, asked where the place was where we needed to be picked up from. Not good service but a company, who is the biggest in Cambridge.

Professionals all over the world impress me. We met Peter he is a taxi driver for Panther Taxis in Cambridge, England. When he arrived to pick us up one sunny morning he stepped out of his sparkling clean car with shiny shoes, his shirt tucked in & a warm welcome. He happily placed our heavy cases in the trunk and opened the doors for us. I glanced at my husband and we smiled at each other. We had an engaging journey with Peter and when we arrived I told him what our business Blue Mountain Solutions was and how he had impressed two hospitality professionals.
