Absolutely disgusting treatment by this company. Panoramah have admitted that their manufacturing process was faulty, however they have not told us how or when they intend to rectify the problem. We spent over £50,000 on Ah!38 sliding doors and the frame is faulty. Panoramah were notified in mid-October 2020. It is 6 weeks later and they still haven't addressed the issue. Our entire build can't progress until they sort out the problem and will now not be finished before Christmas.
