Second and last time renting from Pannyhire. First time I was supplied broken gobo rip heads and leaking torn sand bags. Second time, broken gobo heads again, stripped slider mounting threads and sandbags underweight or filled with rocks, making then unusable. I guess it is partly my fault for requesting a delivery and not picking up and inspecting the kit. However, at the request of the second rental, I reminded them of my first issue with them, and the faulty items, so I assumed they would check the kit sent to me. I emailed and notified the manager Lou about the issues. My emails were not responded to and no refunds were issued. Never again.
