    I just had a very strange experience with Panicos which I feel duty bound to share with the community! So late last night I called in my order for collection - a falafel kebab in a nan bread and a drink. On arrival it was ready for me and I paid the requested £7.90. I got it home but found my order to be just a salad filled pita bread - no nan bread and no falafel! I was too hungry to bother with calling in or taking it back. Anyway that yearning for falefel never went away and so this evening I ordered the same thing from the same place but this time I did so whilst in the restaurant so I could watch them prepare it. The same guy was there and I again paid the £7.90 but this time I got what I ordered - the nan bread and the falafel - and it was very tasty with good friendly service thrown in on top. Many years ago I worked in catering and know honest mistakes can happen, so I am happy to recommend this place (based on today's experience) but I would definitely be wary of calling in takeaway orders for collection from them - best to be there in person to make sure you get what you are paying for!
