Bought a poster online this week and found proper, old-school great customer service, in a way you just don't get from Amazon etc (by the way, the same poster on Amazon was double the price). They went out of their way to be helpful, with really quick responses and I'll definitely be buying posters from here again. I'll also visit the shop as/when I'm in Manchester.

My boyfriend bought a poster a death note one number 6 i opened it when we got back to my house it was demon slayer. either the numbers werent clear with it being a 6 or a 9 or the poster was numbered wrong. Can i replace it? It is back in the plastic and undamaged
