Not a good first impression. I already knew what I wanted online so went in store to purchase and had already checked that all items were available before going in. I went in and the member of staff (young girl) firstly said the item I want is not part of the deal (1 bracelet & 2 charms starter) however was very clear online and at the trafford centre that it is. She then said they have none left and told me the same thing 3 times. So I said well it says there's 5 in stock here, so told me to wait one minute and all of a sudden surprisingly that bracelet became available. As I was choosing the two charms I wanted it was almost like she was deciding for me. But to finish off my first pandora experience as she was showing me my finalised decision, she couldn't even get the clasp to shut after putting my charms on the bracelet and had to call another member of staff. Overall not a great experience from a place where you expect high quality care, standards and customer service skills.
