A clean, tidy and well displayed shop. So many products to choose it can a little overwhelming however rest assured there is plenty of friendly and knowledge staff to help you with your purchase. I was served by a lovely young lady called Lauren, who I would say went above and beyond for me this evening. She literally spend about 2 hours with me helping me choose myself a bracelet. She wasn't pushy once and didn't hurry my shopping experience. She showed me different bracelet and bangle options, explained about different safety chains or clips and all the charms. After I had picked it came to more at the till than was advertised as I picked the bigger link for my bracelet but spoke to the manger and worked out this was why. So we picked the smaller link. We even experienced a keyboard stop working but Lauren simply smiled, remaining calm and ask if we can move to another till point. All through my experience today Lauren had a massive smile, warm aura and a genuine love to help me find and get the right items. I can't thank her enough and she is a credit to the store she works at and to pandora as a whole. Thank you Lauren 😊 💓

I came in today to exchange some faulty earrings, the store assistant was absolutely lovely and so helpful and dealt with my issue for me, but the manager was so abrupt and spoke down to me like I was a child, her attitude was disgusting. I won't be using this pandora again.
