    Most of the staff were lovely and so helpful. However manager was abrupt to the point of rudeness and had no customer service skills. She was cold and left the impression that she didn't want to come out and answer any questions. It's a shame as without her the store would have received a 5. Still it's a lovely store, spotless and the rest of the staff are real treasures

    I visited this store at the weekend and needed help to find 11 charms for the girls in my family in honour of my Dad that has recently passed away. Not only were the two sales assistants absolutely amazing, they were kind, helpful, confident in their work and genuinely really nice people. The manager was equally wonderful. I am so grateful for their time and expertise. I went back the following day to buy some more bracelets and charms. It is clear that the manager cares deeply about her staff and making sure they are fully supported. They are all the best representatives you could ever have for your store 💜

    If you buy anything from this store and it breaks they will not repair or replace with out a receipt up to 2 year's I spent £1200 in the last 2 years but didn't keep the receipt now they will not replace the bracelet when the end fell off do you keep all receipt for presents I don't be careful

    me and my partner came in and the staff was not very helpful , waiting around for ages noone came up to us , when they was free they went to others that walked in and wasnt happy , so we walked out, Bluewater was better then the shop in hempsted valley ,wont go back there again .
