Very disappointed that my son and his friend queued at the Colchester store as they both wanted to by a present for someone for my sons friend to be refused service as my son was served and told that he would need to queue again if he wanted anything. They were both queuing in the first place. Why should he queue again. Extremely bad service

Went today, 3 members of staff where beyond rude. Disgusted and will not be going there again. I understand that it is coming up to Christmas and it is busy but staff need to be respectful. The lady who served me, Emily was particularly rude and said that I could not get my bracelet replaced as it had been too long. When my bracelet is under two years warranty and I only had it for 2 months. Said I needed to get it sent off and replaced but this couldn’t be done till after Xmas. Once she spoke to her manager who confirmed that it can be replaced today, her attitude was vile. Chelmsford store is 100000 better, much nicer kinder staff.
