    Placed my order before reading all the reviews, placed order an hour ago, said would be 25mins HENCE WHY I ORDERED FROM THERE OTHERWISE I WOULD OF JUST PICKED UP IF I KNEW! cant get through to them, so say here twiddling my thumbs not sure whether to wait/cancel or order something else. There is no tracking or way to get hold of them so dont trust the time it gives you in deliveroo.

    Just ordered from this guys on Uber Eats saying that the estimated arrival was between 20:30 to 20:50 pm it’s 21:20 my food is nowhere to be found and no updates. Been calling the phone and no one is answering I expect a refund by tomorrow morning. Very bad service from them .

    There should be an option to give 0 stars or worse. Placed a big family order for birthday. 2.5 hours later still no food, tried ringing the restaurant over 50 times and they have their phone turned off. Food never arrived and I’m not getting all the money refunded, absolute joke. Avoid like the COVID, never mind bad food or service. These are con men/people. AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!

    First time ordering last night. Won’t be ordering again. This takeaway is 16 mins away by car but the food arrived freezing cold. All of it. Even the curry sauce. The sweet and sour vegetarian chicken tasted like wet dog. The spring rolls weren’t crispy they were soggy and chewy like they were old. I know they were free but I’d rather not have had them because they were disgusting and freezing inside. The egg fried rice had big chunks of scrambled egg and didn’t look anything like egg fried rice I’ve had elsewhere. The best thing was the noodles which are hard to get wrong but even they were 80% onion. Never again. Below average Chinese for £30. Gutted. Vegetarian options: Tasted like wet dog. Avoid.
