The transfers were efficient and hotels were near the haram. The Mecca Hotel was acceptable. The hotel in Medinah was supposed to be 4 star, instead it was in very poor condition, no heating during cold nights with kids!

I have been a loyal customer to Panama travel for many years and every single time they provide an exceptional service. The owner Mr Mukhtar is a well respected member of society understandably as he conducts his business well. I have been on Umrah twice with this company and both times my experience was extremely pleasant. Mr Yasin and Sikander made sure myself and my family were well looked after and went out of their way to help us. I also find that they do the best deals, much better and cheaper than other travel services especially for tickets to Pakistan which can be so expensive!

I wish I could give them lower than 1. Been lied on my Umrah package, not got the service I paid for, hotels were far and not of good standard. Can’t believe they rob you even when you going to perform Umrah. Avoid
