Popped in for a drink with friends. Consulted the menu and ordered a pinot noir. Bar staff looked blank so I pointed to the menu. Still blank looks then he asked is that red or white wine? Train your staff on the basics. Tables were all dirty too. Definitely won't be risking food or cocktails if the basics can't even be mastered.

The bouncer grabbed me by the neck for no reason, he apologised later because it was an accident. But I don’t think that’s how a member of their staff should treat anyone. In my opinion, I would recommend avoiding this establishment if you ever want an enjoyable evening.

Had my 30th birthday at Pam Pams last night and it was amazing. Ellie is amazing! Also so polite and professional she will go very far as she's incredibly talented at what she does! The manager also helped up so much with hiring out downstairs. We always love Pam Pams as it's a chilled place to go for cocktails and nachos !! Thankyou guys!
