    Stole £20. UPS requires tariffs to be paid online, which I did. I had my wife pickup the package, inside the store—and they charged her an additional £20. I took the receipt and approached the store about it, they told me they weren’t able to take UPS payments, and that it must have been a mistake. However, they wouldn’t return my money.
