Have been using this practice for 3 years for my cat. Neil has a way to handle him like no other. Very professional practice. Even down to providing parking permits for clients. Can update this to 9 years now. Neil can handle Marmalade better than us !! Excellent practice. Now 10 years. Great practice.

Neil has taken care of all our beautiful cats for many many years 24 years to be precise we followed him from his previous practice near to our home to walthamstow even though it's a distance to travel because we didnt want our cats to be taken care of by anyone else he is the kindest, caring & compassionate vet I have ever known & a really lovely person we are so gratefully to have had someone like him to take care of our cats I trust him with them like I trust no other. Our cats are truly blessed to have had Neil & we are very fortunate to have known him all these years.

I called the vet and explain that my cat needs attention but Vet the vet I am registered with is closed. The cold voice used its computer-like tone to explain that the surgery is open but as I am registered with another vet they won't help. Scrooge for animals in needs come to mind

Neil is a wonderful vet, his kindness, compassion and love for the animals he sees is so genuine. We recently lost our beautiful cat Pickle and the empathy from him and the support staff was lovely. We had 3 years extra with pickle after he saved her life when she only had a 10% chance of survival for which we are forever grateful. Getting treatment from any vet isn’t cheap but you know that if Neil suggests a particular treatment, it’s because the animal needs it and it’s not being done to trick you into paying for something that isn’t needed.
