Located near the Mountbatten Centre and other leisure units, getting to the location is easy from multiple locations. Parking can be difficult sometimes depending on the day and time, especially if there is an event on. That said, if you want a pleasant walk, park elsewhere and walk through - it won't take long. You need to be with a member if you are not currently aligned to the Centre. The centre is large, has a great range of facilities. The food is great, loads of it and very well priced. The bar team and kitchen team are friendly and helpful. The bowling area is of a significant size and the bowling as a whole is well organised, offers training and other such support for new beginners. Everyone is friendly and welcoming - definitely somewhere for both a new hobby and to socialise.
