Asked them to repair the heating in my Mitsubishi car earlier this year. I had taken it to other garages who would merely clean the filter and flush the system and it would work for a couple of months before running cold again. Took it here to get it fixed once and for all. I was quoted £950 to fix the heating, a lot but worth it to finally fix the issue as it was sometimes dangerous when you couldn't de-mist the windscreen. Promised 12 months warranty on the work. Once completed, it ran cold again after a couple of months, took it back and said they had miss diagnosed the issue and it would cost another £5.5k to fix the issue! I complained that if I knew it would cost £6.5k in total I wouldn't have spent £950 in the first place but they just kept insisting there was a bent pipe which needed to be fixed. In my opinion I was quoted £950 to fix the heating, not £950 to fix a bent pipe (which apparently makes no difference if bent or not). Asked for a refund and they refused, escalated to the manager who also refused. Asked for a partial 50/50 refund, also flat out refused. I will be investigating my options with The Motor Ombudsman. Would never recommend this place.
