Unfortunately I have had to edit this review. Before we purchased our car I could not fault the staff here - Seb was really helpful from start to finish and provided very clear communication. It was easy to speak to someone when contacting the branch. However, since we purchased the car our experience has been nothing short of atrocious. The car (72 plate purchased at the start of Feb) has had to go back to the garage a number of times. During one of these visits we were assured work had been completed so made the 1 hour trip over only to find that it hadn't. We were then left to organise the work directly with the provider. Furthermore, we have only been provided with a courtesy car on one occasion. My partner collected this and I arrived home to not only find that it was absolutely filthy on the outside but the inside hadn't been cleaned at all. This in itself may not seem like a issue, however when you have had a number of problems with both the car and the garage, it starts to feel like the huge sum of money you have just paid them is insignificant. It feels like they are only focused on new business rather than looking after customers who have already purchased a vehicle. The impression that I have of this garage is that they do not seriously take responsibility and accountability for their actions and behavior. The apologies we have received are merely lip service that do not feel in any way like they are attempting to improve customer service or rectify any issues in a timely manner.

Poor service. Staff on the service desk are rude condescending and unhelpful. There’s a fault with a brand new vehicle supplied by palmers Hemel which needs to be rectified they booked in the wrong date at wasted our time coming to the show room so then arranged another date and they had the cheek to charge my mum for the privilege of their mistake! I called to raise the issue tell them we will not be paying and the response I got from the lady on the desk was awful. I insisted on the charge being waived as it was their responsibility which she reluctantly had to do once I demanded the manager and said I will call jeepdirectly. wish we never purchased a car from here and won’t do again.
