Hello, I collected my beautiful Alfa Romeo Stelvio yesterday afternoon from Palmers in Hemal. The morning after as I stare at it on my drive I am still pinching myself. The stunning beauty of my new Alfa leads me to reflect on my entire experience from enquiry to collection from the team at Palmers in Hemal Hempstead. This Stelvio is the 7th Alfa I have purchased. In short I cannot praise the team enough. From the telephone call handling the PCP preparations and patience to the wonderful experience on collect the Stelvio my whole experience has been both perfection and flawless. In particular I must highlight my sales adviser Sebastian Golebiowski. Sebastian has been a perfect ambassador for the Alfa brand demonstrating professionalism, passion, attention to detail and care throughout my experience. On collection he showed kindness to my parents, ensured all details were covered and then took our breaths away as he and his co-worker presented and unveiled my stunning Stelvio. Recently purchased car from this dealership. Sales guys are both great guys, chatted about the car and knew what they were on about. Very helpful in arranging test drive and delivery of the vehicle. There were some issues after delivery of the vehicle but they swiftly resolved them and took the time to listen to us. Overall, very happy with the service and feedback from both sales and service side of the business. I would recommend them and will look to take my car there for further servicing.

I had the key of my car stolen. I called Palmers to beg them to change the code of my remaining key as my car is now very vulnerable. Answer: come back in two weeks. What a joke! They told me, we would call you back when we know if we can do more. Clearly they never called. Called Thames Alfa and they did it right away! Booked me as an emergency, it was fixed and done right away. Palmers is disgraceful. Do the trip to Thames Alfa and it is far far far better!
