Brilliant service. Yuliya is so efficient, helpful and friendly. The massage I had was great (back, neck and shoulder). Yuliya used the perfect pressure and could tell what areas needed attention. The therapy room was relaxing and a bonus was that the massage table was heated so I did not get cold.

This is the best Pilates class I have attended. It's a small class which is friendly, fun but also professional. The facility to block book the classes is great. I also have regular massages here which can concentrate on any problem areas if required, and all in a relaxing, clean and professional environment. Glad I found this place and happy to recommend. X

Having a massage here weekly is my treat, it's so affordable and Yulia is amazing! She varies pressure depending on what you want and listens to your requests. I have fallen asleep twice now during our sessions as she has made me so relaxed. I have noticed a big difference in my overall physical well being let alone the calmness of mind I get after a session. It truly is the best part of my week.
