Very rude triage nurse who couldn’t care less about my ear wax problems which made me completely deaf in one ear. Had the the cheek and I say I shouldn’t be there. No empathy whatsoever. Also receptionists couldn’t care less. Awful practice.

Yous beg people to reach out when struggling with mental health to then fob them off saying 'our hands are tied or sorry theres no way we can help' so why beg people to reach out if you cant help? Absolute waste of time!
