Didnt have a bad experience at all speaking to customer services today. Nice CS agent called Sarah called to confirm delivery prior to the bank holiday, checking our opening and closing times. If the job gets delivered on Friday, perhaps some of these bad review are out of date?

Driver was unprepared and unsafe on delivery. Could not get the pallet off the truck, and almost dropped the entire order. Pallex drivers are not correctly trained in moving or unloading pallets off of their vans. AVOID

Left my tiles out on the road. When he said I have to unpack the palette and carry the boxes to my house separately I couldn't believe it. I asked if he could help and he said no, and drove off with my delivery just left out on the road.
